2nd cross complaint OK’d with new information

A Los Angeles County judge approved the defendant’s motion to file a second amended cross complaint against three logistics and transportation services companies. The defendant said it found out later that the companies had hired an experienced trucker, the plaintiff, to unload the stone slabs.

A negligence case in which a truck driver sued an importer of stone products after one of its granite slabs fell on him just got a little bit bigger.
