A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel reversed a Monday ruling by a district judge who denied a preliminary injunction sought by two former City and County of San Francisco employees who sued after quitting instead of taking the COVID-19 vaccine due to what they said were religious protections. The panel remanded the decision to Senior U.S. District Judge Jeffrey S. White of Oakland to reconsider the plaintiffs' request.
