Doctor, attorneys sanctioned over interrogatory replies
The defendant, Dr. Edward P. Miranda, and his attorney, Elisabeth A. Madden of the Law offices of Madden & Lynch PC, argued in an opposition brief that the plaintiff refused to provide legal authority entitling her to further discovery responses during their meet and confer conference.
