$71M investor settlement is equal to Nutanix’s raised funding

Northern District Judge William H. Orrick indicated on Wednesday that he would grant preliminary approval on an unopposed motion for a $71 million class action settlement between Nutanix Inc, a cloud computing company, and investors who allege it made false statements that caused their stock price to plummet.
