Uber counsel’s answer to suit denied as a ‘laundry list’
The plaintiff’s counsel, Kyle R. Tracy of Tracy Law PC, filed the lawsuit saying Uber allowed its drivers to discriminate against her “on dozens of occasions” by refusing to give her a ride due to her use of a service animal to get around.




A passenger who claims Uber Technologies Inc. doesn’t accommodate disabled people with service animals, secured a procedural victory when a San Francisco judge tossed the company’s answer to the complaint, suggesting it was boilerplate and contained an outdated defense.
