Retired justice can’t testify at law professor’s discipline trial
Attorneys for John Eastman argued that Janice Rogers Brown is qualified to argue that the State Bar’s pursuit of disciplinary charges against Eastman “seems to be moving into [uncharted] territory with seeking to discipline an attorney on one side of a contentious legal fight.”
