Wine Spectator violated tasting, scoring policy, bias suit alleges
The plaintiff alleges she was wrongfully terminated following medical absences for three gender-affirming surgeries last year. She said her supervisors were made aware of her plans weeks before they hired her.




A former employee of Wine Spectator accused the magazine of gender discrimination and harassment, and claimed the publication’s senior editor violated the company’s blind-taste-scoring policy multiple times.
