Delta’s ‘carbon neutral’ claim challenged as false
A similar complaint was filed in New York last year against KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

Delta Air Lines proclaiming itself as "the world's first carbon neutral airline" deliberately misleads consumers and falsely represents the company as offsetting all its carbon emissions globally, alleged a proposed federal class action filed Tuesday.
