PG&E to pay $50M to settle Zogg fire claims, criminal case dropped
The settlement followed a setback for the district attorney’s office when Shasta County Superior Court Judge Daniel E. Flynn tentatively dismissed the bulk of the remaining 11 criminal charges against PG&E, including all of the felonies.
