Uber, Lyft drivers may have to arbitrate business model claims
The plaintiffs claimed that the companies’ business models exploited their drivers and suppressed their pay by preventing drivers from charging for rides off their apps. Both Uber and Lyft denied that their business models constitute anticompetitive behavior.
