Patagonia says Nordstrom is selling counterfeit clothes
According to the complaint, the outdoor clothing brand recently opted not to renew its dealer agreement with Nordstrom after a yearslong partnership.
Attorneys for Patagonia Inc. at Verso Law Group LLP sued Nordstrom Inc. in federal court, accusing the department store chain of stocking counterfeit Patagonia sweatshirts and other apparel.
