Firm has brought 20 crash cases against helicopter company

“Robinson helicopters seem to crash far too often,” said plaintiffs’ attorney Timothy A. Loranger of Wisner Baum LLP. “We think that there are some inherent design issues with the helicopter that need to be addressed by the company.”

A California helicopter manufacturer faces a new personal injury lawsuit brought by plaintiffs who were injured in a New Zealand crash during their wedding.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles by Timothy A. Loranger and Ari S. Friedman of Wisner Baum LLP, is the latest of some 20 actions the firm has filed against Robinson Helicopter Co. in connection with crashes.
