Leading management firm seeks to invalidate noncompetes

“Defendant’s effort to enforce a 10-year minimum contractual noncompetition provision against plaintiff is improper and unenforceable,” the lawsuit alleges.

Talent management firm Nigro Karlin Segal Feldstein & Bolno LLC seeks to invalidate noncompete agreements for its employees who allege its parent company, Focus Financial Partners, is illegally preventing them from pursuing their careers if they leave.
