Energizer overcharges for batteries not sold at Wal-Mart, suit says
Daniel H. Silverman of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC was nominated as interim lead class counsel for plaintiffs who say they bought Energizer batteries at stores other than Wal-Mart and paid higher prices.




Indirect purchasers of Energizer Holdings Inc. products asked to appoint interim lead class counsel for their antitrust claims against the battery giant and Wal-Mart Inc.
Friday’s filing in the Northern District of California federal court says the companies agreed to slow price decline and ensure that they could charge more for Energizer batteries.
