‘False representations’, not conflicts, doomed lateral, McDermott says
Entertainment litigator Jeffery D. McFarland, who joined Eisner LLP this week, has sued former firm McDermott Will & Emery.
McDermott Will & Emery LLP on Wednesday denied allegations made in a lawsuit by entertainment litigator Jeffery D. McFarland that the firm failed to fully disclose conflicts when he was hired in 2020.
