UC Law San Francisco mock courts help attorneys prepare for Supreme Court

“They’re totally independent and don’t have the baggage of how they thought about the case previously. … As a result, you get questions that might not have occurred to you before,” said Christopher Hu of Horvitz & Levy.

Attorneys preparing for Supreme Court arguments are given the opportunity to argue before a panel of appellate lawyers and law professors acting as mock justices through a free program offered by UC Law San Francisco.
