Los Angeles may seek new skid row receiver, court hears

The City of Los Angeles indicated on Thursday it might be looking for a new receiver to take charge of the Skid Row Housing Trust and replace Mark Adams, who was appointed in April, as security guards threaten to walk off the job if they aren’t paid soon.
