Gibson Dunn defeats ‘whistleblower’ case against jeweler
Adam Fox accused the jeweler to the stars of retaliating against him for raising allegations of money laundering, commercial bribery, and evasion of state sales tax.
Attorneys at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher successfully defended world-famous jeweler Harry Winston Wednesday in a lawsuit brought by a former manager.
The case was initiated by Adam Fox, Harry Winston’s former Manager of West Coast Operations, who claimed whistleblower status, alleging his employment was terminated in violation of California Labor Law.
