UPS says lead plaintiffs didn’t work in California

The delivery company’s counsel argues the two lead plaintiffs in a wage and hour class action never delivered within the state.

A San Francisco judge paused a proposed class action by former UPS drivers that said the company violated state wage and hour laws, and misclassified them as independent contractors. The company said the two lead plaintiffs never made deliveries in California.
