San Diego Juneteeth promoter’s remains missing, suit says

The family of Sidney Cooper Sr., a businessman who helped popularize Juneteenth in San Diego, is suing a cemetery for alleged negligence and emotional distress when they were informed that his remains were missing 22 years after his death.
