A Huntington Beach resident is demanding details of a $7 million settlement between the city and the producers of a local air show that was canceled as a result of a 2021 oil spill. The lawsuit claims that the city violated the California Public Records Act and the state Constitution in denying the taxpayer’s request for a copy of the settlement.
