Dog toy ruling may help stuffed bear trademark fight

The Supreme Court referred to its Jack Daniel's dog chew toy ruling in vacating the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stuffed bear decision that favored Disney.

Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear, known as Lotso, was the main villain in “Toy Story 3” — a stuffed bear who appeared friendly but turned out to be cruel and manipulative and was the chief antagonist of Buzz Lightyear and his friends in the popular Walt Disney Co. film.
