New suit says Musk hasn’t paid bonuses to ex-employees
Elon Musk’s attorneys have argued in previous lawsuits that the sale agreement requires employee actions be arbitrated and provides an enforceable forum selection clause that he has previously attempted to use to avoid litigation in the Bay Area.




In a proposed class action, a former Twitter executive accused the social media company of failing to pay employees their annual bonus under a 2022 cash for performance plan, and said new owner Elon Musk had promised to pay the benefits.
