9th Circuit rules 26 COVID cases belong in state court

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel on Wednesday affirmed the rejection of a host of appeals asking that wrongful death and elder abuse cases be decided in federal court, agreeing with a decision last year by a different 9th Circuit panel that concluded the cases belong in state court.
