Class action filed against Orange school alleges unfair discipline process
The complaint alleges Black and brown children are disciplined at 2 to 3 times the rate of white students.
The Orange Unified School District disproportionately disciplines children from minority communities under a special program called the Student Success Panel, a proposed class action alleges.
