Debate over specialized CEQA courts draws strong opinions

Supporters and critics on Thursday debated the wisdom of creating courts dedicated to deciding cases under California’s most famous environmental law.
The sides speaking at the Little Hoover Commission agreed on one key point: Judges who heard only California Environmental Quality Act cases would know far more about the law.
