Facebook can be sued for alleged bias in housing ads
Facebook has denied the allegation that it created discriminatory exclusion tools in its platform in a motion to dismiss that was granted by U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick and overturned by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel majority.
