Crime victims group can’t intervene in LA bail case
In his order denying Crime Survivors Inc.’s motion to intervene, Judge Lawrence P. Riff noted that if a prospective intervenor’s interest is identical to that of one of the parties in the case, the petitioner needs to demonstrate that their interests are not adequately represented.
