The evidentiary hearing to decide whether Microsoft Corp.'s merger with Activision Blizzard Inc. will be blocked until the Federal Trade Commission can complete a review of the $69 billion deal is drawing to a close after the chief executive officers of both companies testified Wednesday.
Closing arguments are scheduled for Thursday. Federal Trade Commission v. Microsoft Corporation et al., 23-cv-02880, (N.D. Cal., filed June 12, 2023).
