Testimony on difference between ‘protesters’ and ‘criminals’ marks discipline hearing
Under cross examination by defense attorney Christopher Brizzolara, a commanding LAPD officer in 2020 said videos showing arson and damaging a police vehicle depicted "protesters" who were no longer exercising their First Amendment rights.
