McKinsey seeks to dismiss claims over work with Purdue
Mark D. McPherson said that plaintiffs have not made any allegations in their complaint that the company ever gave advice to Purdue about prescribing opioids to pregnant women and maintained that McKinsey had no communications with consumers.
