Eastman's lawyer accuses State Bar prosecutor of ambush
The dispute began on Thursday when State Bar Prosecutor Duncan C. Carling asked Stanford University political science professor Justin Grimmer to offer opinions on statements made by Eastman in his answer to the bar's notice of disciplinary charges.
