Panel revives ‘aiding torture’ claims against Cisco

“Plaintiffs’ allegations state a plausible claim that corporate defendant Cisco took actions domestically that aided and abetted violations of international law,” Senior Circuit Judge Marsha L. Berzon wrote for the panel.
