City ready to settle beach bullying case after appeal loss?
“Now that the landscape and the state of the law regarding what can be pled against the city in regards to alleged violations of the Coastal Act by others has now been solidified through the Court of Appeal ruling … the city believes that this case is now — after six, seven years of litigation — primed for good faith settlement,” said Kevin J.
