Plaintiff wins $8.9M after drunken driver flees

Attorneys with Parris Law Firm won an $8.9 million jury verdict on behalf of a plaintiff who was seriously injured in a head-on collision with a drunken driver.
The verdict against a driver who was insured by Metropolitan Direct Property and Casualty Insurance Company, also known as MetLife, comes after the driver disappeared after entering a no contest plea in criminal court.
