Lassen County judge is controlling and prickly, discipline hearing is told

CJP hearing against Superior Court Judge Tony R. Mallery is expected to last into August.

Lassen County Superior Court Judge Tony R. Mallery "engaged in a smorgasbord of unethical conduct," an attorney for the Commission on Judicial Performance said during opening statements of a disciplinary trial that began Monday.
