Gascon opponents want judge to certify recall signatures
If the lawsuit is successful, a judge could order the recall election to be held sometime between this fall and March 2024, at the same time as Gascon is scheduled to run for a second term, according to recall spokesman Tim Lineberger.




Proponents of a recall of Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón have filed a lawsuit asking a judge to certify that they collected enough signatures to qualify for the ballot.
