Court of Appeal lawyer joins Complex Appellate Litigation Group

After nearly three decades as a lawyer for California courts of appeal, Frank A. McGuire has joined the Complex Appellate Litigation Group as counsel.
McGuire, who will be based in Newport Beach, served as the California Supreme Court’s chief administrator and executive Officer from 2012 until his retirement in 2016.
