Charter school says LA district not peacefully sharing space
The lawsuit does not ask the court to resolve the underlying co-location dispute at the heart of the case, the complaint said, but does seek injunction against it for failing to participate in the approved resolution process.




A charter school accused the Los Angeles Unified School District of breaching an agreement to share facilities, claiming that a district representative tried to impose unchecked authority over which spaces can be used by charter students.
