Company must abide by 2008 settlement, judge rules

The company, Mobile Auto Glass, said State Farm Insurance waited too long to enforce the settlement judgment and denied there was ever any fraud in the first place.

A San Francisco judge ordered Mobile Auto Glass Inc. on Monday to abide by a 15-year-old settlement and State Farm Insurance Inc. and the State of California can seek a new order for $4.15 million settlement price in an insurance fraud lawsuit.”

Counsel for Mobile Auto Glass declared there was no fraud and the plaintiffs had wanted too long to enforce the judgment.
