Ruling in Oregon sets up clash at 9th Circuit over gun regulations

“What we’re seeing in the 9th Circuit is a microcosm of what we’re seeing nationwide because the Supreme Court guidance is not clear enough,” Adam D. Winkler, a professor at UCLA, said. “Bruen is either going to bring down the architecture of most American gun laws or it’s destined to be revised.”
