John Eastman went to the guillotine for Trump. His law license may be next
The bar is arguing that Eastman conspired with Trump and his allies to overturn the 2020 election results with the purpose of keeping Trump in office when he had no “tenable basis” for arguing that any fraud or misconduct changed the outcome.
