Irvine technology company wins $26M for breach of contract

Latham & Watkins was hired late in the litigation to try the case against the Taiwan-based defendant company.

A federal jury in Orange County took just three hours to determine that a Taiwan-based company violated its contract with OWLink Technologies, an Irvine-based company, and awarded $26 million in damages.
