Celebrating over 10 years of introducing culture to family law practice
The program started as a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to enforce Iranian premarital and marital agreements in California divorce proceedings. This gradually and finally developed as a bridge between the no-fault, fiduciary-equity-oriented California divorces and cultural aspects of the marriages and divorces of California residents born, married, or have property and familial relationships abroad.





On Saturday, July 29, the 11th Annual Seminar on Cultural Competency in Family Law Practice will be conducted on Zoom from 8:30 a.m - 1:30 p.m..
