Walt Disney Parks and Resorts reached a settlement in a class action that alleged its resorts misled top-level annual passholders by “artificially” limiting capacity and restricting reservations.
An attorney for Disney Parks, David C. Marcus, partner-in-charge at WilmerHale in Los Angeles, said in an email on Tuesday, “We are satisfied that this matter has been resolved.”
