Woman files challenge to Compass Group’s diversity initiative
The woman says she was fired for refusing to participate in the food service company’s diversity training.
Multinational food service corporation Compass Group is facing a wrongful termination and retaliation lawsuit in federal court after a former employee claimed she was fired for not wanting to participate in a diversity initiative that she said excluded white men.
