Pre-1972 copyright claims dismissed against Pandora
Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman of The Turtles, most known for their 1967 hit song “Happy Together,” accused Pandora in 2014 of illegally copying and broadcasting their pre-1972 sound recordings in violation of California law.
