Activision countersues in dispute over office rent

Regus Management Group LLC brashly filed suit against its former tenant, Activision, seeking to collect millions of unearned dollars based on the alleged click of a button in an unprompted and deceptive email, by some unidentified individual using an IP address with no apparent relationship to Activision, attorney Bradley J. Mullins wrote.

Activision Blizzard countersued its former landlord in Santa Monica, Regus Management Group, saying that the coworking space provider tried to trick it into renewing its lease at overpriced terms and is attempting to collect millions of dollars for a lease it did not sign.
