Ex-Girardi attorney calls bar charges false blame-shifting

“The facts rooted in the Notice of Disciplinary Charges are often times blatantly false, mischaracterized half-truths and all part of a campaign to shift blame onto anyone but the complaining party — Edelson,” Keith D. Griffin’s attorney, Ryan D. Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, argued in a response to State Bar charges.

Former Girardi Keese attorney Keith D. Griffin argued in a court filing that his disciplinary charges of concealment and failure to act with competence should be dismissed due to the State Bar’s failure to credit exculpatory evidence, a lack of materiality, and unclean hands.
