SpaceX accused of not paying wages, overtime

“Defendants required plaintiff and the class to work ‘off-the-clock,’ uncompensated, by, for example, requiring plaintiff and the class to perform work before clocking in for the day,” complaint states

SpaceX denied wages and pressured employees to continue working on tasks that could only be completed if they skipped breaks, a former employee alleged in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
